Käytämme toimituksissamme pääasiassa Postia. Toimitusaika vaihtelee kotimaassa yleisesti ottaen 1-3 arkipäivän välillä, mutta mikäli Postin toimituksissa on ruuhkaa, toimitusaika voi olla pidempi. Toimitamme kotimaan tilauksen lähetyksen yhteydessä tilaajalle seurantakoodin, jonka avulla lähetystä voi seurata Postin omalla sivulla.
Kotimaan toimitusten toimituskulut:
Kirjetoimitus 4,90 €
Pieni paketti (esimerkiksi yksi tuote) 5,90 €
Keskikokoiset ja suuret paketit 7,90 €
Ulkomaan toimitukset:
Muu maailma 20 €
Peruutusoikeus
Tarjoamme verkko-ostoksille 14 päivän peruutusoikeuden. Sinulla on siis 14 päivää aikaa peruuttaa tilauksesi. Mikäli haluat peruuttaa tilauksesi ja palauttaa tilaamasi tuotteet, ota meihin yhteyttä osoitteessa info@1981helsinki.fi. Otathan huomioon, että tuotteen täytyy olla myyntikuntoinen ja käyttämätön. Vahingoittuneista tuotteista emme voi vastaanottaa palautusta.
Palautuksen teko
Jos haluat palauttaa ostamasi tuotteen, lähetä meille viesti osoitteeseen info@1981helsinki.fi. Kerro viestissä omat tietosi ja tilauksen tunnus. Lähetämme sinulle postitusta varten Postin Helposti-koodin, jolla voit jättää tuotteen postiin tai asiamiespostiin lähetystä varten. Kun olemme saaneet palautetun tuotteen paluupostissa ja toteamme sen olevan myyntikuntoinen, palautamme maksamasi tuotteen hinnan. Postikuluja ei palauteta peruutuksen yhteydessä. Palautus tuotteiden hinnasta tehdään samalle maksuvälineelle, jonka kautta suoritit maksun.
Peruutusasioissa ota aina ensin meihin yhteyttä - emme tee automaattisesti hyvityksiä tuotteista, jotka palautetaan meille ilman yhteydenottoa ja peruutuksesta sopimista.
Onko tilaamasi tuote vahingoittunut?
Mikäli vastaanottamasi tuote on vahingoittunut tai virheellinen, ota meihin yhteyttä. Jos mahdollista, ota kuvia tuotteesta ja pakkauksesta.
Poikkeukset peruutukseen ja palautukseen
Peruutus- ja palautusoikeus ei koske mittatilaustuotteita tai muuten tilaajan toiveesta muokattuja tuotteita. Peruutus- ja palautusoikeus ei koske hygieniatuotteita kuten kasvomaskeja. Peruutus- ja palautusoikeus ei myöskään koske lahjakortteja.

We use the Finnish Posti as our main shipping provider. Domestic delivery times in Finland are usually between 1-3 days, international delivery times depend on the destination and the international partners that handle shipping as Posti's partners. We provide a tracking code whenever possible so your order can be tracked from end to end.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates for Finland:
Letter delivery 4,90 €
Small packages (ie. 1 product) 5,90 €
Medium and large packages 7,90 €
Shipping rates for rest of the world
Flat rate, 20 €
Cancelation
We have a 14-day cancellation policy, which means you have 14 days to cancel your order. Cancelation requires that you return any items you have received.
To be eligible for a cancelation and return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@1981helsinki.fi. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
